Education

2007 is when I started my first creative course: Desktop Publishing at the Mediacollege in Amsterdam where I graduated in 2010.

I immediately followed up with a quick-study course of Graphic Design at the same university. I graduated in 2013 and during my last year I completed a 6 months internship at TBWA\NEBOKO in Amsterdam.

Later in 2013, I felt an urge to expand my knowledge, so I signed up for another course; Art Direction. I got the opportunity to follow and successfully finish the course within 2 years at the Junior Academy in Amsterdam. I’ve received my Bachelor of Arts in 2015.

Career

In 2015, I had the opportunity to start as a Jr. Designer/Desktop Publisher at Eigen Fabrikaat (a sister company of DDB Unlimited in Amstelveen). I’ve worked there for 14 months on clients such as KLM and Esso.

In 2016, I continued with my next challenge as Designer at GREY in Amsterdam. I’ve worked there for like 1,5 years with a lot enthusiasm on clients such as: Volvo, The Cruyff Foundation and Workrate. Sadly GREY was taken over by Ogilvy which made me decide to continue my career at another company.

In 2018, I continued my journey at Media.Monks in Hilversum as a Digital Designer. After 6 months, I became part of a dedicated team on Braun and have worked for 3 years on the account. After 3,5 years, I made the decision to resignate and wanted to expand my growth on certain areas.

In 2022, I continued my Digital Design career at TBWA\X in Amsterdam. I’m working for clients such as: McDonald’s, TOTO and on new business pitches. In the meantime I’m gaining more and more knowledge on UX/UI and will follow a course for 3D Designs soon, which is a skill I’d like to add as a long term goal.
